The invention discloses an inner pulling type disassembly-free composite formwork which comprises an inner plate, an outer plate and a core plate arranged between the inner plate and the outer plate, an inner pulling piece is pre-buried in the core plate, a connecting part protruding out of the inner plate is arranged on the inner pulling piece, and a connecting structure pull rod is arranged between two layers of inner pulling type disassembly-free composite formworks forming a building wall body. The two ends of the structural pull rod are connected to the connecting parts of the two layers of inner pull type disassembly-free composite formworks respectively, and the two sides, the upper side and the lower side of the core plate are provided with inserting grooves or inserting openings used for being connected with other inner pull type disassembly-free composite formworks in a spliced mode respectively. According to the internal pulling type disassembly-free composite formwork, the construction efficiency can be greatly improved, the construction period is shortened, the quality and safety are guaranteed, and the selectable space of an exterior facing is large.
