The invention provides a bin locking device and automatic sealing equipment. The lock bin device comprises a lock bin body and an opening and closing unit. The lock bin body is provided with a containing cavity and an electronic lock output port. The opening and closing unit comprises an opening and closing unit triggering piece which can move between a lock outlet triggering initial position and a lock outlet triggering end position in a reciprocating mode relative to the lock bin body in the first direction. The opening and closing unit stopping piece can move between a stopping position and an avoiding position in a reciprocating mode relative to the lock bin body in the second direction forming an included angle with the first direction; the opening and closing unit stopping piece is in driving connection with the opening and closing unit triggering piece through the opening and closing unit linkage mechanism, and the opening and closing unit linkage mechanism is configured to enable the opening and closing unit stopping piece to be located at the stopping position at the lock-out triggering initial position of the opening and closing unit triggering piece; and the opening and closing unit stopping piece is located at the avoiding position at the lock-out triggering ending position of the opening and closing unit triggering piece. The bin locking device is simplified in structure, small in size and low in cost.
