A high-strength narrow-frame unit type curtain wall opening sash system is characterized in that an opening sash is formed by sequentially connecting sash profiles in a rectangular shape, each sash profile comprises a straight first sash plate, and a second sash plate and a third sash plate which are perpendicularly connected with the first sash plate are arranged at the two ends of the first sash plate respectively; a fourth sector plate, a fifth sector plate and a sixth sector plate are sequentially arranged between the second sector plate and the third sector plate; a first through groove with a T-shaped section is formed in the outer side of the third sector plate, and a second through groove and a third through groove with T-shaped sections are formed in the outer sides of the fourth sector plate and the sixth sector plate respectively; a first sealing rubber strip is arranged in the first through groove, a second sealing rubber strip is arranged in the third through groove, a lock plate with a lock point is arranged in the second through groove, and a handle connected with the lock plate is arranged on the top face of the first sector plate of the sector profile located on the lower portion. Corner combining codes with L-shaped cross sections are arranged in inner cavities at the intersections of the adjacent fan section bars; and the outer side of the third sector plate of each sector profile is adhered to the inner edge of the glass plate through structural adhesive.
