Anti-pulling flexible anti-shearing self-tapping screw
The invention discloses an anti-pulling flexible anti-shearing self-tapping screw which is used for connecting a cladding wall plate and a steel rib frame of a cold-formed thin-walled steel-cladding wall plate combined shear wall body and comprises five structural forms, the same structure comprises a nut, a screw body section and a screw tail section, and the four structures further comprise external thread sleeves made of elastic materials. The external thread sleeves are located between the screw cap and the screw body section, the long connecting rod and the long spring which are fixedly connected with the screw cap and the screw body section and the upper short connecting rod and the lower short connecting rod which are connected with the screw cap and the screw body section respectively are wrapped in the external thread sleeves of the four structures respectively, and the short spring is connected between the upper short connecting rod and the lower short connecting rod; the five structures respectively have different rigidities and deformability and can be flexibly selected according to different connecting positions of the wallboards, when the composite wall body is sheared, part of connecting stress is released, cracking and pressure-bearing damage of the ends of the covering wallboards are delayed, the stress performance of the connecting positions is improved, the lateral resistance and anti-seismic performance of the wall body are improved, and the maintenance cost of the structure is reduced.
