The invention discloses an agricultural reclamation method for a high-phreatic-water-level coal mining subsidence area based on ecological self-circulation. The method comprises the following steps that 1, the range, depth and ponding depth of the subsidence area are obtained through remote sensing images, an unmanned aerial vehicle, manual surveying and mapping and unmanned ship measurement; 2, according to the earthwork balance principle of the treatment area, the excavation and filling amount of the subsidence area is calculated; step 3, reinforcing and ecologically treating the bank slope of the culture pond, and constructing an engineering culture system and a bottom blowdown system of the culture pond; 4, rice is planted in the rice field planting area, and a culture pond fish-rice ecological cycle mode is formed with the culture pond; and 5, constructing a complete road, forest and irrigation and drainage system network in the normal planting area. The biogas project serves as a link of the system, resource and harmless utilization of fish feed residues and excrement, livestock and poultry excrement and urine, fungus residues, crop straw and organic waste of farmers in a culture pond can be achieved, and the resource utilization rate is effectively increased.
