The invention provides aluminum-containing cement clinker powder with high reactivity and a preparation method thereof, the cement clinker powder is prepared from a calcium source, an aluminum source and a silicon source according to a molar ratio of Ca: Al: Si = 1.7: 2x: 1-x by a sol-gel method, and x is more than or equal to 0.05 and less than or equal to 0.25. Compared with a traditional Portland cement material, the cement clinker powder provided by the invention is more controllable in raw material composition and high in product purity, and the provided cement clinker powder is more environment-friendly in preparation process and has the advantages of low energy consumption and low emission. The cement clinker powder can be used for preparing a cement-based material by taking water as an exciting agent and has the advantage of high hydration activity, and a hydration product of the cement clinker powder has the characteristics of high expansion speed and short solidification time. The cement-based material can be directly applied to projects with an emergency construction period, such as road building, first-aid repair (plugging), temporary projects and the like, or projects in a high-temperature environment, solid core and solid waste and the like, and has a good application prospect.
本发明提供了一种高反应活性的含铝水泥熟料粉末及其制备方法,该水泥熟料粉末由钙源、铝源和硅源按照Ca:Al:Si=1.7:2x:1‑x的摩尔比,采用溶胶‑凝胶法制得,其中,0.05≤x≤0.25。与传统硅酸盐水泥材料相比,本发明的水泥熟料粉末的原料组成更加可控、产物纯度高,且所提供的水泥熟料粉末制备过程更加环保,具有低能耗、低排放的优势。该水泥熟料粉末能够以水为激发剂制备水泥基材料,具有水化活性高的优势,其水化产物具有膨胀速度快、凝固时间短的特点。该水泥基材料可直接应用于工期紧急的工程,例如筑路、抢修(堵漏)、临时性工程等,或是高温环境、固核固废等工程,具有良好的应用前景。
