The preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting recycled coarse aggregate; a step of microbial mineralization deposition reinforcement of the recycled coarse aggregate; according to the scheme, physical strengthening, microbial mineralization and chemical strengthening are combined, mortar on the surfaces of particles is reduced through physical strengthening, then microcracks are filled with microbial mineralization, and larger cracks are filled with chemical slurry, so that the performance of the recycled coarse aggregate is improved; and large-scale resource utilization of the construction waste is realized.
