CSPC highlight floor and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a CSPC highlight floor and a preparation method thereof. A base material of the floor is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 27-37 parts of PVC resin, 63-73 parts of stone powder, 6-8 parts of a calcium-zinc stabilizer, 10-20 parts of a plasticizer and 2-6 parts of soybean oil. The preparation method of the floor comprises the following steps: mixing the PVC resin and the stone powder, adding the calcium-zinc stabilizer, the plasticizer and the soybean oil, and mixing to obtain a mixture; extruding the mixture to form a stone-plastic base material plate; carrying out hot press molding on the color film, the transparent sheet and the stone-plastic substrate plate; and a semi-finished product obtained after hot press molding is subjected to roller coating, roller-coated paint is subjected to roller coating through UV paint and then cured through an ultraviolet lamp, and the CSPC highlight floor is obtained. According to the floor, the application of a'green steel film 'technology is realized, and the harm of VOC (volatile organic compounds) is effectively avoided.
