The invention discloses a waste plastic cement stabilized macadam material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of macadam, 4.5-5.5 parts of cement, 4.5-6 parts of water and 3-5 parts of waste plastic. The invention further discloses a preparation process of the waste plastic cement stabilized macadam material. According to the waste plastic cement stabilized macadam and the preparation process thereof, the mechanical property of a cement stabilized macadam base material is improved, a new way of waste plastic is developed, and the material has good integrity, excellent shrinkage resistance and crack resistance and relatively high deformation resistance, and is suitable for being used as a cement stabilized macadam base material. All indexes and performances meet the requirements of related standards, waste plastic beverage bottles are adopted as additives of the cement stabilized macadam material, waste is turned into wealth, and the cement stabilized macadam material has double benefits of engineering and environmental protection.
