The invention discloses a preparation method of a 3D printing cement-based material and a preparation method of a cement-based printing component. The preparation method of the printing component comprises the following steps: S1, putting the prepared cement-based material into extrusion equipment of a concrete 3D printer; s2, printing parameters are set according to the shape and size of the printing component, and a concrete 3D printer is used for printing to form an initial concrete component; and S3, after the initial concrete member is subjected to standing for 1-3 days, steam curing is conducted, and the cement-based printing member is obtained. According to the cement-based material, the material mixing ratio cost is greatly reduced, the strength of a printing component printed by the cement-based material can meet the grade C40, the difference of compressive strength values in all directions is within 15%, the isotropic performance is good, the strength of the printing component subjected to steam curing meets the prefabricated component delivery standard, and the product quality is improved. The method can be directly used for hoisting construction, and the construction period of printing component preparation is shortened.
本发明公开了3D打印水泥基材料的制备方法和水泥基打印构件的制备方法,打印构件的制备方向包括以下步骤:S1、将制备得到的水泥基材料放置到混凝土3D打印机的挤出设备内;S2、根据打印构件的形状和尺寸设置打印参数,使用混凝土3D打印机进行打印形成初始混凝土构件;S3、将初始混凝土构件静置1‑3天后,进行蒸汽养护,得到水泥基打印构件。本发明的水泥基材料大大降低材料配合比成本,本发明水泥基材料打印的打印构件强度可满足等级C40,各个方向的抗压强度数值差异在15%以内,表现较好的各向同性性能,且经过蒸汽养护后打印构件的强度满足预制构件出厂标准,可直接用于吊装施工,减少了打印构件制备的工期。
