The invention discloses a preparation method of manganese-zinc ferrite with high magnetic performance, and belongs to the field of manganese-zinc ferrites.According to the scheme, after a melt bearing frame containing melt is placed in a containing groove, heat is released through the melt bearing frame, a heat collection mechanism absorbs the heat and guides the heat step by step, the heat is finally concentrated in an inner cavity, and therefore the magnetic performance of the manganese-zinc ferrite is improved. Then cooling water is injected through the cooling water inlet pipe, the cooling water scours the iron balls, so that heat collected in the inner cavity is carried out by the cooling water and discharged through the water outlet pipe assembly, on one hand, the heat can be absorbed and collected by the iron balls, the temperature of a solution in the melt bearing frame is rapidly cooled, and then the efficiency of the cooling procedure is improved; and compared with a traditional cooling mode, the scheme is better in effect, meanwhile, the cooling time is greatly shortened, and on the other hand, heat on the iron balls is carried out through flowing of cooling water in the water flowing channel, so that the temperature of the iron balls is reduced.
