The tunnel lining double-trolley maintenance construction method suitable for the alpine region comprises the steps that a, after secondary lining concrete is demolded, a secondary lining formwork trolley moves forwards to a next pouring station, and a constant-temperature and constant-humidity steam-curing trolley moves to a next steam-curing station; b, after the constant-temperature and constant-humidity steam-curing trolley reaches a steam-curing station, a telescopic temperature real-time monitoring device monitors the internal temperature of the lining in real time, and it is ensured that a steam-curing water constant-temperature device stabilizes steam-curing water within the range of the internal temperature of the lining +/-15 DEG C; c, fixing the constant-temperature and constant-humidity steam-curing trolley at a steam-curing station to perform secondary lining steam-curing, and meanwhile, enabling the back-and-forth spraying and curing trolley to perform back-and-forth spraying and curing on all sections of which the curing age does not reach the standard behind the secondary lining concrete steam-curing station; and d, after demolding of the secondary lining formwork trolley is completed, the steps a-c are repeated, and maintenance construction continues to be conducted forwards. The maintenance quality of secondary lining concrete can be improved, time is saved, and the construction equipment cost is reduced.
