The invention belongs to the field of airport construction, and particularly discloses a high-load airport runway construction technology which comprises a runway surface, a waterproof surface, a sand surface, a gravel foundation surface and a soil foundation. The road surface comprises a taxiway section and a runway section, the runway section comprises runway head sections located at the two ends and a runway middle section located between the two runway head sections, the thicknesses of the taxiway section, the runway head sections and the runway middle section are sequentially reduced, and a waterproof surface, a sand surface, a gravel foundation surface and a soil foundation are sequentially arranged below the road surface; a plurality of pile foundations are arranged in the soil foundation, and the pile foundations are erected in the soil foundation; through cooperation of the pile foundations, the gravel foundation face, the sand face and the waterproof face, the strength of the soil foundation can be enhanced, water can be prevented from permeating into the soil foundation, and therefore the sedimentation phenomenon is prevented, and finally high-load bearing of the pavement is achieved.
