Integrated universal hydraulic T-beam template
An integrated universal hydraulic T-beam formwork comprises a walking track, a walking device, a first hydraulic device, a base, a bottom formwork body, a T-beam formwork body, a side formwork body and a second hydraulic device, and the walking device can walk in the length direction of the walking track; the first hydraulic devices are symmetrically arranged on the walking device, and the bases are symmetrically arranged on the walking device, connected with the first hydraulic devices and capable of moving in the direction perpendicular to the walking track under driving of the first hydraulic devices. The bottom template is positioned between the bases; the T-beam formworks are located on the two sides of the bottom formwork. The bottoms of the T-beam formworks are slidably connected with the base. The side formworks are located on the two sides of the T-beam formwork, and the bottoms of the side formworks are fixedly connected with the base. The second hydraulic device is arranged between the side formwork and the T-shaped beam formwork and can adjust the distance between the T-shaped beam formwork and the side formwork, so that the width of the prefabricated T-shaped beam is adjusted, and the product universality is improved. Through hydraulic driving, demolding and mold closing can be facilitated, the automation degree is high, and the construction efficiency can be greatly improved.
