The invention relates to a tunnel section cleaning vehicle used for cleaning a tunnel section, the tunnel section cleaning vehicle comprises a flat car which moves along a track in a tunnel, the flat car comprises a flat car body, a flat car head and a first carriage, the flat car head and the first carriage are arranged on the flat car body, and the first carriage is located on the rear side of the flat car head; the cleaning structure comprises a first movable support, a first cleaning part and a second cleaning part, the first cleaning part is rotatably arranged at the top of the first compartment through the first movable support so as to move relative to the first compartment, and the second cleaning part is rotatably arranged on the side face of the flat car body so as to move relative to the first compartment. The moving part moves relative to the flat car body; and the water supply structure is arranged on the basis of the flat car body, and the water supply structure is connected with the first cleaning part and the second cleaning part and used for providing cleaning water for the first cleaning part and the second cleaning part.
