The two mounting plates are arranged side by side, and first grooves are formed in the two mounting plates; the two stabilizing plates are connected with the end faces, close to each other, of the two mounting plates correspondingly. One ends of the two supporting rods are movably arranged in the first grooves respectively; the two protection plates are connected with the two supporting rods correspondingly, and each protection plate is provided with a plurality of limiting bolts A; the two fixing shafts are installed on the two supporting rods respectively, and each fixing shaft is provided with a baffle. The two rotating plates are rotationally arranged on the two mounting plates respectively, and a plurality of through holes are formed in each rotating plate; and each limiting bolt B penetrates through one through hole and is in threaded connection with each mounting plate. The device is convenient to store and transport.
