The invention relates to an omni-directional water surface garbage collecting device. The problem that omni-directional multi-angle multi-area fishing cannot be achieved is effectively solved. According to the technical scheme, the device comprises a support, and a plurality of vertical buoys are evenly distributed on the circumference of the support; a collecting ring is mounted in the plurality of buoys; a water outlet pipe is inserted in the center of each buoy, the lower end of each water outlet pipe is connected with a front water outlet, a rear water outlet, a left water outlet and a right water outlet, and each water outlet is provided with an electromagnetic valve; a collecting barrel is detachably installed in the center of the support, the upper end of the collecting barrel is open, the bottom of the collecting barrel is in threaded connection with an end cover, and a plurality of fins inclining downwards are arranged in the collecting barrel in a staggered mode. A water suction pipe is inserted in the center of the collecting barrel; a water pump is mounted above the buoy, a water inlet of the water pump is connected with the water suction pipe, and a water outlet of the water pump is simultaneously connected with the water outlet pipes; the device is convenient to reverse and can move and collect in any direction.
