The invention relates to a pile casing-free reinforcing method for an ultra-long dug hole in a high fill area and a grouting device thereof. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, measuring and positioning; the positions of grouting holes are drilled through a jumbolter, the jumbolter conducts subsurface excavation in the miscellaneous fill stratum area, after the grouting holes are formed, grouting pipes extend into the grouting holes, then grouting is conducted, and after grouting is completed, drilling and grouting of the next grouting hole are conducted until drilling and grouting of all the grouting holes are completed; 3, rotary digging and hole forming are conducted, specifically, hole digging operation is conducted on the pile foundation position through an anchor rod drilling machine; fourthly, a reinforcement cage is placed, wherein the reinforcement cage is placed in the pile foundation hole site; concrete is poured into a pile foundation hole site, so that a pile foundation is formed; and 6, maintenance is conducted. The method has the advantages that in the hole digging process, the peripheral structural strength is improved, the hole collapse phenomenon is avoided, meanwhile, the construction difficulty is lowered, the hole wall stability is guaranteed, and the hole forming efficiency and the pile foundation quality are improved.
