The invention discloses a pipe pile core concrete pouring anti-leakage device and a using method thereof. The pipe pile core concrete pouring anti-leakage device comprises a pile core which is inserted into a prefabricated pipe pile from top to bottom; the pile core steel supporting plate is mounted at the lower end of the pile core; the leakage-proof ring is arranged between the pile core steel supporting plate and the inner side wall of the prefabricated pipe pile, the whole leakage-proof ring is of a structure with the outer side higher than the inner side, a first conical surface is arranged between the outer side edge of the leakage-proof ring and a central folded edge of the leakage-proof ring, a second conical surface is arranged between the central folded edge and a bottom folded edge of the leakage-proof ring, and the first conical surface is a conical surface. The inner side of the bottom folded edge extends to form a horizontal part which is connected with a pile core steel supporting plate, and the included angle between the first conical surface and the second conical surface is larger than 90 degrees. The problem that concrete leaks from a gap between the supporting plate and the inner wall of the prefabricated pipe pile when concrete is poured into the pile core of the prefabricated hollow pipe pile can be solved.
