The invention discloses a concrete support beam recycling low-loss dismantling device, which comprises a combined bearing part, which comprises a bearing trolley, telescopic support legs connected with the bearing trolley, bearing I-shaped steel arranged on the bearing trolley and a connecting mechanism for connecting the bearing I-shaped steel; the hydraulic rotary supporting system comprises a hydraulic supporting part arranged on the hydraulic bearing trolley, a rotating part arranged on the hydraulic supporting part and a supporting beam bearing part arranged on the rotating part, and is used for supporting and stabilizing a supporting beam to be cut; and the supporting beam cutting part comprises a cutting part bearing bracket arranged on the bearing I-shaped steel and a cutting part arranged on the cutting part bearing bracket, and is used for cutting the supporting beam by moving the cutting part above and below the cutting part bearing bracket. The cutting machine is used for automatically cutting the supporting beam, manpower input is reduced, and the cutting efficiency is improved.
