Each of the first side plate and the second side plate comprises a side plate body, a bottom beam which is arranged at the bottom of the side plate body and protrudes inwards, and a top beam which is arranged on the upper portion of the side plate body and protrudes inwards. According to the method, assembling is easy, hoisting is convenient, rapid assembling of the tower crane foundation is achieved, the tower crane foundation is settled through the open caisson method, a foundation pit does not need to be excavated, the construction period is shortened, a large amount of manpower and material resources are saved, meanwhile, the waiting time of concrete curing is shortened, and the construction progress is accelerated.
