The prefabricated assembled UHPC anchor rod rib plate type retaining wall comprises a plurality of rib columns which are arranged at intervals, and each rib column is formed by splicing a plurality of splicing units and a plurality of connecting pieces; the splicing unit comprises a bottom plate, a top plate and a cushion block group, the bottom plate and the top plate are arranged in parallel, the cushion block group is clamped between the bottom plate and the top plate, and the length of the cushion block group is smaller than the length of the bottom plate or the length of the top plate; the cushion block sets are arranged at intervals, the connecting pieces are connected with the adjacent cushion block sets, and the connecting pieces are clamped between the bottom plate and the top plate. A plurality of anchor rods are arranged on the rib columns, and the anchor rods are inserted and fixedly arranged in the corresponding excavation side slopes; a wall panel is arranged between every two adjacent rib columns, and the upper surfaces of the two side edges of each wall panel abut against the corresponding top plates. The problem that large hoisting equipment in a mountainous area is difficult to enter is solved.
