The invention discloses a system for counting frequently-used working postures of an excavator. The system is characterized in that the output end of an excavator controller is used for sending a sensor pressure value acquisition signal and a posture information acquisition signal; a pressure sensor matched with each component receives a pressure value acquisition signal, and the pressure sensor performs data acquisition and outputs a pressure value signal; and the pressure value signal is transmitted to a threshold comparator of a corresponding part for pressure value comparison. According to the method, corresponding image detection when abnormal conditions occur is achieved through pressure detection of the pressure sensors of the implementation parts and attitude image capture in the implementation time period, so that the abnormal problems can be rapidly analyzed according to the rotation attitude condition of the excavator, and in addition, by attitude image capture under different excavation forces, the accuracy of the excavator is improved. And efficient regulation and control in the force adjusting process when the excavator is started are achieved.
