The device comprises an induction boss, a detection switch, a left walking pedal, a right walking pedal, a hydraulic walking pilot valve, a three-way hydraulic pipeline I, a three-way hydraulic pipeline II, a pressure switch I, a pressure switch II, a controller and a warning module, the induction boss is installed on a chassis assembly, and the detection switch is installed on a platform body. The left walking pedal and the right walking pedal are connected with the hydraulic walking pilot valve, the three-way hydraulic pipeline I and the three-way hydraulic pipeline II are connected into the hydraulic walking pilot valve, the pressure switch I detects the pressure of the three-way hydraulic pipeline I, and the pressure switch II detects the pressure of the three-way hydraulic pipeline II. The controller is electrically connected with the detection switch, the pressure switch I, the pressure switch II and the warning module through a control wire harness.
