The invention relates to an overflow drainage device of a bathtub. The overflow drainage device comprises an overflow joint, an overflow hose and a drainage joint, an overflow water inlet is formed in the side face, outside the bathtub, of the overflow connector, a first connecting part is arranged at the edge position of the overflow water inlet, and a first rubber sealing ring is arranged at the end of the first connecting part; the overflow connector is fixed to an overflow opening in the bathtub through a first connecting part on an overflow water inlet and a first rubber sealing ring and connected with a valve on the overflow opening. An overflow water outlet is formed in the lower surface of the overflow connector, and the overflow water outlet is communicated with the overflow water inlet; a plurality of springs are arranged on the side face, back to the overflow water inlet, of the overflow connector, one end of each spring is fixed to the overflow connector, and a connecting plate is fixedly arranged at the other end of each spring. When the overflow drainage device of the bathtub is installed, the overflow hose can be effectively prevented from making contact with the bathtub or a wall, and therefore the drainage effect is guaranteed.
