The lower surface of the first connecting steel is fixedly connected with a mounting block through a bolt, the outer surface of the mounting block is fixedly connected with second connecting steel through a bolt, and the outer surface of the second connecting steel is sleeved with third connecting steel. The device solves the problems that when some existing energy-saving building steel structures are used, the connecting positions of connecting rods and rotating shafts are prone to breakage due to the fact that the steel structures are supported in a damping mode through multiple sets of connecting rod structures, and when sealing is conducted through sealing rings, due to earthquake vibration, the sealing rings are prone to being extruded out, and the service life of the steel structures is prolonged. And impurities are easy to appear in the steel structure, so that the protection performance of the sealing ring becomes poor.
