The adjusting and locking assembly comprises an adjusting bolt and a locking nut, the adjusting bolt sequentially penetrates through the two strip-shaped holes and is provided with the locking nut, and a connecting fastener is installed at the end, away from the locking nut, of the adjusting bolt. The device is convenient to construct, the safety and the construction efficiency during installation of the climbing frame mesh are guaranteed, and resource waste is avoided.
