A threaded rod is driven by screwing a first handle, nuts on the threaded rod can be made to get close to the middle or be dispersed to the two sides, due to the fact that a movable groove is formed, a sliding block is limited, a connecting plate is clamped by the nuts, meanwhile, the connecting plate is clamped by a connecting groove in the nuts, and the protective net is fixed to the mounting frame; when the protective net is damaged, the first handle is screwed in the reverse direction, the nut can be far away, at the moment, the connecting plate and the protective net can be taken down for replacement, convenience is provided for follow-up work, high-altitude falling objects caused by damage of the protective net are reduced, and a guarantee is provided for safe production.
