The invention relates to a novel manual detachable telescopic rod which comprises a fixed rod buried underground and a telescopic rod assembly capable of stretching out and drawing back in the fixed rod. The fixed rod is provided with an internal thread; the telescopic rod assembly comprises a first telescopic rod, a second telescopic rod and an end cover; the end cover is detachably connected with the second telescopic rod; the end cover is provided with an external thread, one end, far away from the first telescopic rod, of the second telescopic rod is provided with an internal thread, and the internal thread of the second telescopic rod is in threaded connection with the end cover. Compared with the prior art, the device has the beneficial effects that the detachable telescopic rod is arranged; the height of the fence can be adjusted according to the height of the fence required on site, if the height needs to be slightly adjusted, the first telescopic rod can be screwed into or out of the fixed rod for fine adjustment of the height, and certainly, the second telescopic rod can be screwed into or out of the first telescopic rod for adjusting the height of the whole fence.
