The invention discloses an efficient ternary organic solar cell capable of being used as a power generation window and the power generation window. According to the invention, the BO-4Cl and m-BTP-PhC6 alloy is adopted, so that controllable adjustment of energy level and morphology can be realized, and 18.61% of energy conversion efficiency (PCE) can be realized in an opaque device. Besides, after a corresponding semitransparent organic solar cell adopts means of optimizing the proportion of a donor and an acceptor, adding an optical turn-back layer and the like, the semitransparent organic solar cell obtains the indexes that the efficiency exceeds 11%, the infrared heat insulation coefficient (IRR) is 0.90, the color rendering index (CRI) is 90 and the human eye visible transmission (AVT) is 32%, and the semitransparent organic solar cell has the performance requirement of serving as a visible transparent power generation window.
