The glue spraying machine comprises a moving trolley, a glue spraying gun, a mechanical arm and a control device, and the moving trolley can move in the transverse direction of a prefabricated pipe gallery; the glue spraying gun is used for spraying glue to a water stop strip groove in the section of the prefabricated pipe gallery; the bottom end of the mechanical arm is connected with the moving trolley, the glue spraying gun is arranged at the top end of the mechanical arm, and the mechanical arm can adjust the direction of the glue spraying gun; and the control device is in communication connection with the moving trolley, the glue spraying gun and the mechanical arm. The movable trolley can drive the glue spraying gun to move left and right along the section of the prefabricated pipe gallery through the mechanical arm, so that the glue spraying gun can spray glue to the water stop strip groove in the transverse position, the direction of the glue spraying gun can be adjusted through the mechanical arm, and the glue spraying gun can spray glue to the water stop strip groove in the vertical position and the arc section groove in the corner position.
