Composite nano material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a composite nano material which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of micron-sized diatomite, 10-20 parts of nano-sized plastic particles and 0.01-0.1 part of nano-sized silver. The composite nano material is formed by taking micron-sized diatomite as a matrix, retaining a microporous structure of the diatomite and taking plastic particles and silver as dispersed phases. The unique molecular sieve structure of the diatom ooze is utilized, the comprehensive performance of the material is combined with the nano plastic and the nano silver, the recycled plastic and various additives contained in the plastic, the structural stability is improved, the weight is reduced, the stress cracking phenomenon of the diatom ooze is relieved, and meanwhile the toughness of the diatom ooze is reserved; the long-term stable bacteriostasis and sterilization effects are realized by utilizing the non-toxicity, small particle size and super-strong permeability of the elemental silver; and meanwhile, the good conductivity of the elemental silver is utilized, static electricity in air of the indoor unit is effectively conducted and removed, and high practicability and wide applicability are achieved.
