The invention provides a machine-made sand flocculant without influencing concrete performance and a preparation method thereof. The machine-made sand flocculant comprises 0.05-0.16% of a flocculation component, 0.5-2% of a coagulant aid, 1-16% of a dispersant, 1-6% of a viscosity reducer, 15-19% of a delayed coagulation component and the balance of water, and the total amount is 100%. The percentage is mass percentage. The dispersing agent is added, so that the problem that the dispersing performance of a concrete mixture becomes poor due to the fact that the molecular weight of the flocculating agent is too high can be solved, and the strength of the concrete can be improved. And secondly, the added viscosity reducer can solve the problem that the cohesiveness of the concrete is increased due to overhigh molecular weight of the flocculant. The added retarder component can effectively prolong the coagulation time of concrete, and can well adapt to the polycarboxylic acid water reducer without influencing the use effect of the water reducer in concrete. 本发明提供一种不影响混凝土性能的机制砂絮凝剂及其制备方法,絮凝组分0.05~0.16%,助凝剂0.5~2%,分散剂1~16%,降粘剂1~6%,缓凝组分15~19%,余量为水,总量100%;所述百分比均为质量百分比。首先添加了分散剂可以解决由于絮凝剂的分子量过高造成的混凝土拌合物分散性能变差的问题,而且还可以增加混凝土的强度。其次,添加的降粘剂可以降低因絮凝剂的分子量过高造成的混凝土粘聚性增大的问题。添加的缓凝剂组分可以有效促延长混凝的凝结时间并且能够与聚羧酸减水剂能够很好的适应不影响减水剂在混凝土中的使用效果。整体的发明能够很好的适用于混凝土,不影响混凝土的各方面的性能,且其机制砂絮凝效果不会降低。
