The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses composite high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof.The composite high-strength concrete is prepared from, by weight, 230-280 parts of cement, 200-300 parts of high-strength materials, 20-60 parts of plant ash, 10-15 parts of waste fibers, 10-20 parts of lignin, 5-15 parts of liquid paraffin, 8-30 parts of water glass, 5-12 parts of water reducing agents, 120-210 parts of water and 15-25 parts of molecular sieves; the high-strength material is a mixture of broken bricks, waste concrete blocks and industrial waste residues. The high-strength concrete prepared by the invention has relatively high anti-permeability performance and relatively high compressive strength, so that the high-strength concrete is not easy to crack when being stressed.
