The invention relates to the technical field of advanced inorganic non-metallic materials, in particular to high-strength pervious concrete, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 280 to 500 parts of cement, 800 to 1000 parts of exposed aggregate, 25 to 45 parts of basalt fiber, 10 to 15 parts of straw powder, 100 to 160 parts of mixing water, 3 to 10 parts of cellulose acetate fiber, 1 to 10 parts of viscose fiber and 6 to 20 parts of water reducing agent. Meanwhile, the exposed aggregate and the cellulose acetate fibers are combined in a staggered manner, so that the water permeability of the concrete is improved, the basalt fibers and the viscose fibers are uniformly distributed in the cement, the strength of the concrete is enhanced, the compressive capacity of the concrete is improved, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
