The invention relates to the technical field of thermal insulation daub, in particular to thermal insulation daub for an inner wall, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 25 to 31 percent of hollow glass beads, 5 to 12 percent of vitrified micro bubbles, 10 to 18 percent of acrylic emulsion, 5 to 15 percent of gypsum, 2 to 4 percent of cement, 5 to 13 percent of wave absorbing agent, 1 to 2 percent of cellulose ether, 1 to 2 percent of dispersing agent, 1 to 2 percent of defoaming agent, 1 to 4 percent of thickening agent, 1 to 3 percent of bactericidal mildew preventive and 10 to 18 percent of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: ball-milling the bamboo pulp fibers and the mixture together, and performing electron beam irradiation treatment, so that the bamboo pulp fibers, the epoxy resin powder and the glass fibers are better in combination and compatibility, and finally, the composite fiber filler with better filling effect and higher stability can be obtained. Therefore, the bonding and fireproof performance of the high-molecular daub is improved.
