The invention discloses a novel modified asphalt mixture batching device and a using method thereof. The novel modified asphalt mixture batching device comprises a heating part used for heating a cold material; the feeding end of the screening part is communicated with the discharging end of the heating part, and the discharging end of the screening part is communicated with a plurality of hot material storage barrels; the spraying part comprises a spraying box, the spraying box communicates with a plurality of hot material storage barrels through conveying pieces, spraying pieces are arranged in the spraying box and correspond to the conveying pieces, and high-temperature gas generated in the spraying box is introduced into the hot material storage barrels; the stirring part is arranged above the spraying box and comprises a stirring barrel and a stirring paddle, the stirring paddle is located in the stirring barrel, the rotating direction of the stirring barrel is opposite to that of the stirring paddle, and the spraying box communicates with the feeding end of the stirring barrel through a conveying piece. The coating effect of a modifier on the surface of the acid aggregate can be improved, meanwhile, the bonding uniformity of the acid aggregate and asphalt is improved, heat is collected in the process, and therefore energy consumption is reduced.
本发明公开一种新型改性沥青混合料配料装置及其使用方法，包括加热部，加热部用于加热冷料；筛分部，筛分部进料端与加热部出料端连通，筛分部出料端连通有若干热料存储筒；喷涂部，包括喷涂箱，喷涂箱通过传送件与若干热料存储筒连通，喷涂箱内设置有喷涂件，喷涂件与传送件对应设置，喷涂箱内产生的高温气体通入热料存储筒内；搅拌部，设置在喷涂箱上方，搅拌部包括搅拌桶和搅拌桨，搅拌桨位于搅拌桶内，且搅拌桶与搅拌桨旋转方向相反，喷涂箱通过输送件与搅拌桶进料端连通。本发明能够实现提高酸性集料表面的改性剂的涂覆效果，同时提高酸性集料与沥青的粘结均匀性，并在此过程中收集热量，从而降低能耗。
