The invention provides a prestressed concrete box girder transportation method. The prestressed concrete box girder transportation method comprises the following steps that S1, a transportation platform is arranged below a prestressed concrete box girder to be transported to enter an arrangement space; s2, determining a support stress position and a key section position; s3, a plurality of SPMTs corresponding to the bearing capacity are arranged; s4, a plurality of distribution beams are erected on the SPMT; s5, the SPMT with the erected distributive girder is driven to the bottom of the prestressed concrete box girder; s6, a wedge-shaped sleeper is erected on the distribution beam; s7, the two ends of the wedge-shaped sleeper are beaten; s8, a strain gauge and an electric measurement displacement meter are attached to the prestressed concrete box girder; s9, SPMT jacks the prestressed concrete box girder through a lifting mechanism, so that the prestressed concrete box girder is separated from the original supporting position; and S10, the SPMT is controlled to move to the preassembling position. Transportation is stable, and damage such as cracking of the box girder is avoided.
