An expressway anti-collision guardrail comprises a base, a fire box is fixed to the upper end face of the base, and three buffer assemblies used for reducing automobile impact force are arranged on the left side of the fire box; the buffering cylinder arranged on the periphery of the center shaft rolls when being impacted, so that a vehicle moves forwards or backwards along the guardrail after impacting the guardrail, part of kinetic energy generated by vehicle impacting is counteracted, and meanwhile, when the vehicle impacts the guardrail, the center shaft can be driven by the buffering cylinder to move forwards or backwards under the action of impact force. The center shaft rotates rightwards with the hinge point of the upper hinge seat and the hinge rod as the center, the lower end of the center shaft inclines rightwards, then the center shaft and the buffer cylinders on the upper side and the lower side integrally move rightwards, part of kinetic energy generated by vehicle collision is absorbed through the buffer springs, and the rightwards-inclined center shaft can reduce the possibility that a vehicle rolls after colliding with the guardrail. And in addition, after the buffer rod moves rightwards, fire extinguishing agent foam in the fire fighting cavity can be sprayed to the automobile through the nozzle, and spontaneous combustion after the automobile is impacted is avoided.
