The invention provides an automatic cleaning device for a municipal fence, which comprises a spraying system fixedly connected to fixing rings on two sides of the top of the fence; the wastewater recovery system is arranged at the bottom of the enclosure and is used for receiving wastewater generated after the enclosure is cleaned by the spraying system; one end of the wastewater backflow system is communicated with the wastewater recycling system, the other end of the wastewater backflow system is communicated with the spraying system, and the wastewater backflow system is used for enabling the treated wastewater generated by cleaning the enclosure to flow back to the spraying system; and the control system is fixedly connected with the spraying system and is used for controlling starting or stopping of water flow of the spraying system. According to the cleaning device, switching between the cleaning mode and the dust removal mode can be achieved, waste water used after cleaning can be recycled, high cleanliness is guaranteed, meanwhile, manpower resources are saved, and waste of the water resources is reduced.
