The device comprises a transverse reinforcement inserting piece, a pushing piece, a splicing piece, a support, an air extractor and a gas purifier. The transverse joint bar piece comprises a longitudinal breather pipe and a transverse joint bar; the transverse joint bar is T-shaped and is provided with a front section, a middle section and a rear section, the middle section is provided with an inner cavity, the inner cavity is provided with a guide rod and a heating wire, and the middle section is provided with a hollow part; thin iron wires are connected between the transverse joint bars and the breather pipes; the pushing piece comprises a base, a longitudinal sleeve, a longitudinal push rod, a push-pull disc, a pushing rod and a pushing plate; the upper section of the longitudinal sleeve is provided with a splicing part and a lifting part, the middle section of the longitudinal sleeve is provided with a slideway, the push-pull disc is embedded in the slideway, and the longitudinal push rod is fixed with the push-pull disc; the upper end of the splicing push rod is provided with an external thread, and the lower end of the splicing push rod is provided with a screw hole; a hoisting part is arranged in the middle of the splicing sleeve; the bracket comprises two comb plates and supporting legs; the method has the advantage of repairing the polluted soil.
