Prefabricated adiabatic bridge composite heat preservation batten and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a prefabricated heat-insulation bridge composite heat-insulation batten and a manufacturing method thereof, the composite heat-insulation batten comprises a heat-insulation board, a light batten, an adhesive, a heat-insulation bridge bolt and a nut, a scheme of combining the heat-insulation board and a single-side light batten can be adopted, and a scheme of combining a double-side light batten and a sandwich heat-insulation board can also be adopted; the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: firstly, bonding the thermal insulation board and the light batten by using an adhesive, then processing the through hole and the expanding hole in a combined body, then penetrating the thermal bridge breaking bolt into the through hole, then screwing the nut in the expanding hole, anchoring the thermal insulation board and the light batten into a whole, and finally filling the expanding hole with the hole filling mortar. The composite thermal insulation batten has excellent thermal bridge breaking performance and low heat transfer performance, can be constructed by a dry method, avoids pollution caused by wet operation, reduces the link of sticking and anchoring the thermal insulation board on a construction site, converts the thermal insulation board from a traditional expansion anchoring mode into a split bolt anchoring mode, improves the anchoring strength of the thermal insulation board, and greatly improves the field construction efficiency.
一种预制断热桥复合保温条板及其制作方法,复合保温条板包括保温板材、轻质条板、胶粘剂、断热桥螺栓及螺母,可采用保温板材与单侧轻质条板组合方案,还可采用双侧轻质条板与夹心保温板材组合方案;制作方法为:先由胶粘剂完成保温板材与轻质条板的粘结,然后在组合体上加工贯穿孔和扩径孔,之后在贯穿孔内穿入断热桥螺栓,再在扩径孔内旋紧螺母,将保温板材与轻质条板锚固为一体,最后在扩径孔内填充入填孔砂浆。本发明的复合保温条板具有优异的断热桥性能和低传热性能,可干法施工,避免湿作业带来的污染,减少施工现场粘锚保温板的环节,将保温板从传统膨胀锚固方式转变为对拉螺栓锚固方式,提高保温板锚固强度,大幅提升现场施工效率。
