Wall system filled with gypsum
The invention relates to a wall system filled with gypsum. The wall system comprises an inner formwork and a gypsum layer filled in the inner formwork. Wherein the inner template comprises a first template, a second template and a plurality of connecting pieces; the first template and the second template are hollow and are arranged in parallel; the connecting piece is positioned between the first template and the second template and is respectively connected with the first template and the second template; the space between the adjacent connecting pieces is hollow; and the gypsum layers are respectively filled in the first template and/or the second template. According to the wall system, a large amount of by-product phosphogypsum in the phosphoric acid industry can be utilized, waste is turned into wealth, and the wall system is green and environmentally friendly; the inner formwork made of PVC is light in weight, low in cost, not prone to rusting and convenient to manufacture. Meanwhile, corrosion of the phosphogypsum to the inner formwork is avoided, and the service life of the wall is prolonged.
本发明涉及一种填充石膏的墙体系统,其包括内模板以及填充于内模板中的石膏层;其中,所述内模板包括第一模板、第二模板以及若干连接件;所述第一模板和第二模板均中空,两者相互平行设置;所述连接件位于第一模板和第二模板之间,并分别和第一模板、第二模板连接;且相邻连接件之间中空;所述石膏层分别填充于第一模板和/或第二模板中。本发明的墙体系统能够大量利用磷酸工业的副产磷石膏,使其变废为宝,绿色环保;采用PVC材质的内模板,重量轻,成本低,不易生锈,且制造方便;同时,避免了磷石膏对内模板的腐蚀,延长了墙体的使用寿命。
