The invention relates to the technical field of cultural relic repair, in particular to an ancient building stone carving component protection and repair construction technology, floating ash, oil stains and weathered loose materials existing in a to-be-repaired part can be cleaned through base layer cleaning, and the influence of impurities on stone carving component repair is reduced; then, the damage degree of the to-be-repaired part is observed and evaluated, the to-be-repaired part is subjected to different treatments according to different conditions, then the treated to-be-repaired part is subjected to pasting repair, the to-be-repaired part is filled with jelly, and the jelly is polished after solidification so as to be matched with the state of the stone carving component before damage; and finally, the surface of the stone carving component is coated with a hardening agent for performance improvement, and the surface is coated with waterproof finish paint for protection, so that the service life of the repaired stone carving component can be prolonged, and the practicability is high.
