The side wall capable of being opened and closed comprises a first wall plate and a second wall plate and is characterized by further comprising a first hinge shaft arranged between the first wall plate and the second wall plate, and the first wall plate and the second wall plate are hinged together through the first hinge shaft and can relatively move around the first hinge shaft; the driving device can drive the first wall plate to rotate around a second axis, and the second axis is parallel to the first hinge shaft; and the locking component can be in a locking state to fix the relative positions of the first wall plate and the second wall plate, or can be in an unlocking state to enable the first wall plate to move relative to the second wall plate. The side wall using the structure can be conveniently lifted to the top, does not occupy the ground space, and can form a structure similar to an eave after being folded. The sunlight room is simple in overall structure and compact in space, and the side walls can be conveniently opened.
