The invention belongs to the field of three-dimensional garages, and particularly relates to a three-dimensional parking garage which comprises a guide rail, a rail carrier, a walking device, a stand column, a parking platform, a lifting device and a rotating device. The rail carrier is slidably arranged on the guide rail; the walking device is used for driving the track carrier to move along the guide rail; the stand column is vertically arranged, one side of the parking platform is slidably connected with the stand column through a connecting assembly, and the lifting device is used for driving the parking platform to move up and down along the stand column; the rotating device is used for driving the stand column to rotate around the axis. The walking device drives the rail carrier to move along the guide rail so as to drive the stand column and the parking platform to integrally move along the guide rail, the rotating device is matched to drive the stand column to rotate so as to drive the parking platform to rotate, and therefore the parking platform and a ground bottom layer parking space can be staggered in the vertical direction. The ground bottom parking space and vehicles parked on the parking platform do not influence each other, and avoidance-free parking of the bottom layer in the two-layer stereo garage is achieved.
