Method and equipment for stabilizing mix proportion of macadam base by filling type large-particle-size cement
The invention discloses a filling type large-particle-size cement stabilized macadam base mix proportion method which comprises the following steps: preparing cement macadam materials conforming to the filling type large-particle-size cement stabilized macadam base, and then mixing the materials through equipment; the mixed materials are poured into a mold below, and are paved and compacted layer by layer during pouring, so that a filling type large-particle-size cement stabilized macadam base layer is formed; the filling type large-particle-size cement stabilized macadam base is heated through a heating device, and the moisture and the dry density are measured; the method comprises the following steps: performing a compression resistance experiment on a paved filling type large-particle-size cement stabilized macadam base through simulation of an experimental device, and determining the optimal proportion of the filling type large-particle-size cement stabilized macadam base after multiple groups of experiments are performed; according to the invention, after full mixing through the equipment, only paving and compacting are needed, a vehicle is simulated to walk on a base layer according to needs, and the method has the characteristics of high accuracy and convenient operation, and is more accurate and stable when the optimal mix proportion is found.
