The invention relates to the technical field of dimming glass, in particular to intelligent dimming glass which comprises a PDLC liquid crystal film, glass is arranged on the two sides of the PDLC liquid crystal film, an EVA film is arranged between the glass and the liquid crystal film, the PDLC liquid crystal film is composed of PDLC, ITO and PET, ITO is arranged on the two sides of the PDLC, PET is arranged outside the ITO, the PDLC liquid crystal film is connected with a power source, the ITO is formed by mixing 92% of In2O3 and 18% of SnO2, and the EVA film is arranged between the glass and the liquid crystal film. The color can be automatically changed according to needs through adjustment of the PDLC liquid crystal film, and an indoor sunshade curtain or an outdoor sunshade barrier is not needed for sunshade or heat insulation any more.
