The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out overlapping needling on quartz fiber non-woven cloth or plain cloth with the surface density of 180-600g/m < 2 > and a short quartz fiber web tire with the surface density of 30-150g/m < 2 > to obtain a quartz fiber prefabricated part with the density of 0.35-0.8 g/cm < 3 >, carrying out curing shaping and chemical vapor deposition densification or resin or asphalt impregnation-carbonization densification to 1.2-1.6 g/cm < 3 >, carrying out high-temperature treatment for the first time, and machining to the size; and carrying out silica sol pressurization impregnation, drying, curing, sintering, secondary high-temperature treatment and surface polishing to obtain a product with the density of 1.5-1.8 g/cm < 3 >. And the crucible body and the surface basically do not react with silicon steam, so that the service life of the crucible is prolonged.
本发明涉及石英纤维增强炭‑二氧化硅复合材料坩埚及其制备方法,属于石英纤维及炭基复合材料制备技术领域。采用由面密度180~600g/m2的石英纤维无纬布或平纹布加面密度为30~150g/m2短石英纤维网胎交叠层针刺得密度为0.35~0.8g/cm3的石英纤维预制件,经固化定型、化学气相沉积增密或树脂或沥青浸渍‑碳化增密至1.2~1.6g/cm3后,第一次高温处理,机加至尺寸;加压浸渍硅溶胶,干燥‑固化‑烧结,第二次高温处理,表面抛光,得到密度为1.5~1.8g/cm3的产品。坩埚本体及表面与硅蒸气基本不反应,提高坩埚的使用寿命。
