The invention discloses a silane polymer modified cement grinding aid and a preparation method thereof. The invention provides the silane polymer modified cement grinding aid which is simple and convenient to prepare, high in grinding aid efficiency and capable of improving the strength of the cement in each age during hydration, and the preparation method of the silane polymer modified cement grinding aid. The invention relates to a silane polymer water reducer, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 100 to 200 parts of triethanolamine, 110 to 200 parts of acrylic acid, 10 to 40 parts of silane polymer, 120 to 150 parts of methylallyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.05 to 4 parts of initiator and 400 to 500 parts of water. The initiator is persulfate and/or bisulfite. The high-molecular synthetic silane polymer modified grinding aid is prepared by free radical polymerization reaction of acrylic acid triethanolamine ester (obtained by reaction of triethanolamine and acrylic acid), methylallyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and silane. The compactness of the cement is improved, so that the strength of cement stones at early, middle and later ages is improved.
一种硅烷聚合物改性水泥助磨剂及其制备方法。提供了一种制备简便、助磨效能高,且能提升水泥水化各龄期强度的硅烷聚合物改性水泥助磨剂及其制备方法。由以下质量份的组分制备得到:三乙醇胺100‑200份、丙烯酸110‑200份、硅烷聚合物10‑40份、甲基烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚120‑150份、引发剂0.05‑4份、水400‑500份。所述引发剂为过硫酸盐和/或亚硫酸氢盐。本发明通过丙烯酸三乙醇胺酯(三乙醇胺与丙烯酸反应得到)、甲基烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚和硅烷聚合的自由基聚合反应制成高分子合成型的硅烷聚合物改性助磨剂。增加水泥的致密性,从而增加水泥石的早、中、后各龄期强度。
